This policy explains what happens to personal data when you use www.lapassion.group.

2. What we collect and why
| Enquiry form | Name, company, e-mail address, preferred mode of transport and the text of your message — used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). |

3. Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
4. Recipients
- Hosting provider — operates the server on which this site and its e-mail are stored, acting as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — the site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore connects to Google servers and Google receives your IP address for the duration of that request. No cookie is set by this request.
We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it to third parties beyond what is described above.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, or longer where a contract is concluded and accounting law requires it (7 years in Estonia). Server logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s standard policy, typically not longer than 12 months.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to office@lapassion.group and we will respond within one month.

7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and delivered to our sales mailbox; they are not stored in a public database.
